Job Title: Director of Sales
Job Location: New York Metro Area
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a qualified Director to join our sales team. As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for selling StreamVantage’s mosaic of CTV FAST Channel and AVOD ad inventory to advertising agencies and their marketing clients via managed service or programmatic private marketplace (PMP) deal campaigns. You may also call on trading desks and demand side platforms (DSPs) to facilitate deals. You should have a strong working knowledge of the CTV advertising ecosystem and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Call on advertising agencies to propose and close campaign orders based on agency/client requirements
  • Evangelize the value and efficiency of FAST and AVOD
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of inventory deals and expected revenue, including quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Build strong working relationships with ad agency trading desk buyers
  • Develop and customize prospect presentations
  • Act as a conduit between clients and StreamVantage Operations
  • Coordinate legal negotiations of contracts as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the CTV ad sector to advertising agencies, trading desks, and DSPs.
  • Significant "Rolodex" of buyers and decision makers in the US CTV ad market
  • Both managed service (IO) and programmatic sales experience
  • Strong technical understanding of the CTV ad serving (including SSAI and ACR) and data ecosystem with working knowledge of major programmatic transaction types and DSP/SSPs
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Significant experience negotiating and implementing IOs.
  • Superior writing and time management skills
  • An ability to deliver proposals and answer inquiries on time
  • Comfortable being in an entrepreneurial environment with limited direction.
  • Superior business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.   Strong analytical skills.
  • BA/BS Degree.
